Terms and conditions

DasFlow lets businesses connect their WhatsApp number to Meta's official API (WhatsApp Business Platform) and manage it from a dashboard: team inbox, templates, campaigns, calendar, catalog, automations and an optional AI agent. The international service is operated and billed by Das-Tec LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in New Mexico, United States. DasFlow is offered exclusively to businesses and people acting in a business capacity; it is not offered to consumers. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

When a customer expressly contracts with the Peruvian business to receive a payment receipt issued in Peru, the proposal, receipt and specific terms will separately identify the Peruvian seller. A single subscription is not split between Das-Tec LLC and the Peruvian business.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of users you invite to your organization. Roles (administrator, agent, read only) define what each member can do; assigning them correctly is your responsibility.

By using DasFlow, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies (WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy), which require, among other things:

• Obtaining your contacts' consent before sending messages initiated by your business.
• Not sending spam or bulk messages to people who have not requested them.
• Not selling categories prohibited by Meta, including weapons, drugs and unauthorized gambling.

Non-compliance may cause Meta to limit or block your number, which is outside our control, and may lead to suspension of your DasFlow account.

Your contacts' and conversations' data belong to you. DasFlow processes them on your behalf under the Privacy policy. You can export your contacts at any time and request complete deletion of your account and its data.

AI agent answers are generated automatically from the knowledge base you provide. Although the system is designed not to answer beyond that knowledge base, the technology can produce inaccurate answers. Review its configuration, test it before enabling it with real customers, and remember that its answers are sent on behalf of your business. AI credits are charged at provider cost, with rates visible in your dashboard; you can also use your own API key.

Current prices are published at dasflowapp.com. DasFlow Basic costs USD 19 per month and DasFlow Pro costs USD 49 per month. Amounts exclude taxes; where Das-Tec LLC is legally required to collect a tax, it will be added to the displayed price before payment confirmation.

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, by card or Link, and automatically renew each month until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal; you retain the plan until the end of the paid period and no new renewal starts. Periods already started are non-refundable except where legally required or a billing error occurred.

Trial access lasts 3 days and does not require a card. Afterward, the workspace remains available in read-only mode, but sending, automations, AI, outgoing webhooks and other operations are blocked until a plan is activated. If a recurring payment is pending, Stripe may retry it; an unpaid payment, cancellation or incomplete subscription suspends operational access.

The customer declares that DasFlow is purchased for business use and will provide a valid legal name, address and tax identifier. The customer is responsible for declaring any applicable VAT, IGV, GST/HST, withholding taxes or reverse-charge obligations in their jurisdiction where Das-Tec LLC is not required to collect them. During the initial launch, we do not accept organizations established in the United States.

WhatsApp conversation costs are billed by Meta directly to your account and are not included in our prices.

When a plan describes a capability as “unlimited” or “without limits,” this refers to use of the feature within DasFlow. Meta charges, contact consent and compliance with applicable policies remain your business's responsibility. The API, webhooks and integrations included in plans are self-service (standard configuration). Custom development or integrations are not included and are quoted separately as a Das-Tec service. Some capabilities, such as the WhatsApp catalog or native forms, depend on approvals Meta grants to individual accounts and are enabled when your account receives them.

We aim to keep the service continuously available, with monitoring and daily backups. However, the service is provided “as is” and depends on third parties (Meta and infrastructure providers) whose uninterrupted availability we cannot guarantee. We will report significant incidents and prioritize restoring service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Das-Tec LLC's total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits or Meta's decisions regarding your number or WhatsApp Business account.

You can cancel at any time; there is no minimum commitment. Upon cancellation, you can export your data and request permanent deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of serious abuse or legal requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without excluding mandatory rules applicable to data processing or either party's activities. Before starting a formal claim, both parties will attempt to resolve it in good faith through direct contact. Operations contracted separately with the Peruvian business are governed by their own terms and Peruvian law.
